Why a link beats an attachment
Most email providers reject attachments over 25MB. Under that, every recipient gets their own copy, so a 20MB deck sent to ten people is 200MB of upload from your side.

If the file is over the limit
Zip it first. Documents, spreadsheets, and uncompressed images shrink a lot. Phone video and photos usually do not, because they are already compressed.
If it is a folder of separate files, upload them one by one. Each file gets its own link and its own view count, and each only has to be under the per-file limit.
If one file is over 32GB, SendFast is the wrong tool. Use a service built for terabyte transfers, or a drive in the post.
